A 20-YEAR JOURNEY

Ordinary Start, Extraordinary Path

From Small Town Roots to DIgital Marketing Pioneer

Patric Shannon’s path to success has been anything but traditional. Raised in a small town just outside of Dayton, Ohio, his journey has taken him through careers in tax accounting, professional poker, and software engineering—each chapter shaping the entrepreneur he is today.

Driven by a passion for innovation and freedom, Patric founded three digital marketing companies, starting with a local lead generation agency that not only flourished but also allowed him and his wife to travel the world for two years. That experience became a turning point—transforming business success into personal growth and a deeper global perspective.

Building on that foundation, he launched LeadSnap, a powerful software platform now used by marketing agencies in over 20 countries. Designed to streamline operations and empower entrepreneurs, LeadSnap reflects Patric’s commitment to supporting the digital marketing community.

Beyond business, Patric’s focus turned to mentorship. Through his coaching program, Rank Masters, he has helped over a thousand students build successful digital agencies and take control of their futures. His mission is simple: to share the tools, strategies, and mindset that have fueled his own success.

At the heart of Patric’s work is a desire to inspire, uplift, and make a lasting impact—both professionally and personally.
